Do you need to hire exhibition panels or display boards for your trade show, wedding fair, jobs fair or any other type of event or exhibition? We offer as much help as you need. If you are planning an event and would like us to visit the venue and to assist with the planning we can do so. We can produce drawings showing how many exhibition booths or display panels will fit into a venue and give advice on the amount of time needed to get your event under way.

The cost of hiring our exhibition panels depends on many factors so we prefer to cost each event or exhibition individually. Within the following pages there are, however, examples of recent jobs with indications of the rental and installation costs.

It may be that you need to provide many individual shell scheme type booths for exhibitors at your event, or you may need display boards to present your organisation at an exhibition or conference. Whatever type of event you need display boards for we can help.

Let us recommend the best exhibition or display board systems for you. There are a number of questions to ask.

Are you organising an event for other organisations to present themselves? Or, are you presenting your organisation? If you are an event organiser there are two main display board systems which may be relevant.

If you wish to give your exhibitors individual exhibition booths or provide a “shell-scheme”, our Fresco display panel and pole system is ideal. Normally built to six or seven feet high there are a number of display panel widths. Lighting can also be provided as can name boards.

The Fresco exhibition board system includes a wide range of accessories. This includes doors, both for cupboards or full height, shelves and literature holders. Plinth units, cupboards, offices and store rooms can easily be created within any display stand.

There is also an associated gantry system called Sculpture. It has its own built-in low voltage lighting system and gives an additional dimension to any display stand.
 
At some conferences delegates need display boards to present their work or ideas in a fairly compact way. Here our elevated exhibition panel system is ideal. Individual display boards can be provided or a number can be combined to provide a huge variety of configurations including walk-around displays. These panels are normally one metre square but we have some which are 1200 mms wide.
